The Dressing Room Project: TAKE ACTION!

Terms and Conditions for Dressing Room Project Action Teams

Note: A copy of this agreement will be included in your Action Kit for easy reference.

As a Dressing Room Project Action Team, you must clearly state to the public that you are part of a global positive body image initiative and identify Emerging Women Projects (EWP) & TheDressingRoomProject.org as the creator of the project.

You agree to post our link on any online publication or web site which mentions your Action Team's activities, using one of the banners provided at http://www.thedressingroomproject.org/banners.html

EWP & The Dressing Room Project will supply an Action Kit including a Press Release which may be used to help promote your Action Team's events.

You may not use The Dressing Room Project in the title of your own workshop or presentation without prior written permission from EWP.

Cards designed by participants in your group need to go through the official process as outlined in these Card Creation Guidelines:

Put TheDressingRoomProject.org clearly by itself at the top of each card before posting and/or reproducing for public viewing. If you have Adobe Illustrator (the preferred method) we have a template for putting cards in the proper form, and we will send it to you upon request. Please use at least 300 dpi resolution for scans.
Email us 6 of the best cards your group has created for public viewing. (If you use the template, it will contain 6 cards.) As an alternative, you may color copy the cards and send via postal mail to: EWP PO Box 834 Black Mountain, NC 28711.
All designs created for this project become property of EWP & The Dressing Room Project.
Cards may not be sold at any time.

If you would like to sell official Dressing Room Project products to raise funds for your Action Team, you may purchase certain products at a bulk discount from our store. Please check the store http://www.cafepress.com/dressingroom for current offers or you may contact us with any special requests.

You may not produce, or have any company produce, products from designs created in your Action Team activities. If you have certain designs you would like available on products, please contact us to request this on an individual basis. Advertising and/or sale of DRP products via non-local print media, radio, television or the Internet is prohibited.

You agree to follow current EWP Terms and Conditions, assume liability related to your Team's activities and hereby release EWP of any responsibility.

This is a voluntary agreement between EWP & The Dressing Room Project and the Action Team Coordinator and may be dissolved at any time by either party for any reason with no penalty. Termination will take effect immediately upon receipt of written notification to or from EWP & The Dressing Room Project. Upon termination, the Action Team must immediately cease and desist all activities related to the project, use of the project name and any other implied association between the Action Team and EWP & The Dressing Room Project. EWP reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
